- I really enjoyed this book, especially because Wilson came from a low to middle-class background. His parents encouraged his youthful scientific explorations and sent him to schools that helped to form his character.
I wish there was information about who did the beautiful pencil drawings interspersed through the book. No credit. Does anyone know who the artist is? - This is a delightful biography of a brilliant and humble gentleman.

- The wonderful autobiography of EO Wilson....argueably our pre-eminent naturalist and entomologist. Got a superb copy used through ....at an unbelievably low price. Why every would any library cull such a classic?
